TEFL Certification USA Overview

Set yourself up for success as a professional English teacher by earning your TEFL USA certification in person in Chicago and New York City.

You should expect a professional-level TEFL certification course to run from 9 am - 6 pm daily (5 days a week) with 10 -12 students in a class. Live practice teaching is often completed in the evening with local ESL students. All TEFL certification courses are taught by experienced university-level instructors and incorporate at least 100 hours of academic coursework and at least 6 hours of observed student teaching with ESL students. All students receive ITA's exclusive lifetime Job Search Guidance included with tuition.
