A lifelong traveler who grew up in Cairo, Egypt, John Bentley wrote for the Egypt-Israel Edition of the famous Let’s Go! guidebook series during his student days at Harvard and has worked in the fields of international travel, education, and journalism ever since. Residing in Vancouver, Washington, John enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and cooking up a feast!

Joining ITA in 2021, Seamus has been inspired by travel and exploring the world since he was a kid reading big world atlas books to go to bed. Living in Rome, Italy and Spain saw many of those childhood dreams realized! A native Chicagoan, he's a passionate sports fan along with a love of the city's architecture and history. When not editing web pages or writing the next pitch, Seamus loves checking out new restaurants and figuring out where in the world he'll travel next! 

Originally from Queens, New York, Ashely has a Master's degree in Travel Journalism and has traveled to 26 countries and counting! Her passion for travel began with family vacations to Mexico and blossomed into solo adventures and living abroad to experience different cultures firsthand. Ashley has taught English in Bali and Chile, and lived in Barcelona for study. Now, as a Digital Marketing Specialist at ITA, she combines her love of travel and educational background to inspire others to have enriching experiences overseas.
