Susan Guggenheim

Susan Guggenheim is 70 and over the course of 30 years she worked in technical support, software development, customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer training. She certified in Microsoft’s Software Engineering program twice. She certified to teach computer basics to disadvantaged populations and taught in half-way houses and shelters. Now certified in TEFL, she splits her time between working with newly arrived refugees in her county to get jobs and teaching English in Vietnam. After completing the ITA special course on Test Prep starting in June 2024, she plans to expand her business to include teaching students online to pass the IELTS exam with a 7 or better.
